Accordingly, ‘Zeta Industries’ overcame this limitation by independently developing a mass production line by applying molten Zetta Spinning technology through strategic cooperation with Zetta Ltd of Japan, an innovative company in the nanofiber field.

Zetta Spinning technology, which overcomes both the limitations of the existing ESD (Field Spinning) method and Melt Blown method, was introduced in 2006 by NEDO (New Energy Industrial Technology Development Organization) in Japan as a 'New Structured Fiber-Based Technology with Advanced Functions' After five years of participation in the 'Technology Development' project, Panasonic Researcher Takahashi and Tokyo Institute of Technology Professor Akihiko Tanioka completed the national project in Japan. is the spray method.

The company succeeded in mass-producing nanofibers, a new material for clothing, with a new spraying device using raw materials made from recycled PET through a crystallization process and drying process in a flake state.
